What happens to your files
  • RGC4 reads the file I upload with an AI tool, Anthropic (Claude), to fill in my name, email, role, areas and draft my profile.
  • I check everything before anything is sent, and I can change or reject it.
  • The file is deleted when I approve my profile, or after 30 days, whichever comes first. Only the approved profile is kept.
